👠Sissylover Lead Marketing Position

As Sissylover’s first full-time marketing hire, you will play a key role developing and executing a product marketing strategy to promote our sissification programs and attract new participants for our free and premium training. As an early member of an early-stage team, you will be involved in long-term strategy as well as highly tactical day-to-day execution. 🔥 Responsibility

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote our sissification programs and attract new participants
• Create marketing funnels and convert leads into customers
• Use photoshop to create eye-catching banners
• Collaborate with content team to create compelling marketing materials, including product copy, blog posts, and social media content
• Collaborate with our community team to gather feedback from active community and incorporate it into our marketing efforts
• Be the head of communications
• Grow brand following through content creation, email marketing, and social media
• Perform market research to understand messaging  effectiveness  to evolve our brand and marketing touchpoints

🌟Must have qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in product and content marketing and working on a brand from an early stage
• Able to both speak and write with passion and clarity
• Deadline-driven – you can move fast to create high quality content in an evolving environment
• Able to break down complex concepts and explain them simply
• Experience working across a wide variety of marketing channels within a startup environment with limited resources.
• Strong intuition and understanding of what makes great creative, proficient working with and giving direction to designers
• Ability to work independently and take initiatives to achieve goals.
• Positive attitude: Optimism, enthusiasm, and readiness to take on challenges and learn new things.
